We handpick a select number of seniors for Bella's Senior Squad, choosing them based on their community involvement, personality, and potential to represent our brand in the best Las Vegas Senior Photographer style throughout their senior year.

Joining Bella's Senior Squad means enjoying an exclusive senior portrait experience, complete with complimentary sessions, referral cards, brag book, custom squad T-Shirt, professional hair and makeup options, and opportunities to earn cash and prizes.

Being accepted on the Bella's Babe Senior Spokesmodel Team isn't just an opportunity; it's a once in a lifetime adventure filled with tons of perks and benefits! By becoming a part of my exclusive team, you'll gain access to a ton of amazing experiences and rewards.

The total program fee is $749, a worthwhile investment that can be fully earned back through my referral program. I understand the importance of flexibility, so I've broken down the payments into 4 easy installments. This ensures a smooth and stress-free journey for you, allowing you to focus on what really matters, making the most of your Bella's Babe Senior Spokesmodel experience.

Embrace the adventure, and let's create something unforgettable together!

4 easy installments are broken down into 4 easy payments, as follows,

o   1^st payment - $149 will be due at the time of securing your experience.
o   2^nd payment - $200 will be due the day before the meet and greet event in November 2023.
o   3^rd payment - $200 will be due the day before your solo senior session, date TBD.
o   4^th payment - $200 will be due at the group graduation session in May 2024.

PARENTS & SENIOR: PLEASE READ. Be selecting yes below, I understand that if I am chosen as a La Bella's Photography Senior Spokesmodel, I will be required to use La Bella's Photography as my senior photographer and will contractually agree to not use any other photographers for the duration of the spokesmodel program. I also understand that this application will be reviewed by La Bella's Photography and is not guaranteed acceptance into the Bella's Babe Senior Spokesmodel Program. In addition, I understand that, if chosen as a Bella's Babe Senior Spokesmodel, I am required to pay the cost of heavily discounted program fee of, $749, but will have the opportunity to earn cash back and additional products through referrals.

I am happy to offer weekend sessions when I am available, but because my weekends are in high demand, I do charge an additional weekend session fee. Friday, Saturday and Sunday Sessions will have an additional $99 fee on top of the listed session price.

Adult and Minor Model Release

For full release to La Bella's Photography for the use of your photos.

This Release is between the Client and Photographer for the photographic session in which the Adult (s) and Minor (s) Model (s) will be photographed. Client acknowledges they are the parent and/or legal guardian of the minor models listed above. The Client authorizes the Photographer, and/or any assignees and licensees, to use and to create images, and any reproduction of them in any form in any media whatsoever, for promotional materials, online marketing, port, and other areas of marketability. The Client further authorizes the distribution of photographs to potential clients of the Photographer for demonstration purposes and authorizes the inclusion of such images in a Photographer portfolio. The Client agrees and understands that the photos will be taken and stored through electronic digital imaging. The Client further acknowledges that the Client will not be compensated, either now or at any time in the future, for any use of marketing and that the Photographer of such photos exclusively owns all rights. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer shall have the exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable right to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic materials which contain the Client’s image in accordance with the following permissions; -Printed promotional materials -Printed portfolio samples -Online using (including but not limited to social media accounts, website and blog display) -Other areas of marketability by the Photographer The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer may modify, change, or alter such images without restriction. The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the photographs created by the Photographer shall become and remain the exclusive property of the Photographer, and that the Client retains no rights to said photographs unless specified particularly in this Release. The Client also hereby waives all rights and claims and releases the Photographer from any claim or cause of action, whether now known or unknown, relating to the sale, display, license, use, and exploitation of the photos. The Client hereby covenants and agrees that the Client shall not bring any action or proceeding or maintain a complaint against the Photographer in any court of law, state or local, or before any administrative body, related in any way whatsoever, to the use of the photographs. The Client hereby releases any and all claims whatsoever in connection with the use of the Client’s photographs and the reproduction thereof as aforesaid. The Client hereby waives any right that the Client may have to inspect and/or approve the photographs or any advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

WHAT'S THE NEXT STEP...

After you submit the questionnaire:

- I will review your answers, jot down my questions and reach out with a good time for us to chat over the phone. This usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the complexity of session.

- Once the details are confirmed, I will start the booking process to secure your date by emailing/texting you your booking link, outlining the session details, package investment, contract and $99 booking fee.

- Once the $99 booking fee is complete, your date will be secured, and we will start planning your session!
