Absolutely! My payment plan is super simple too! After the initial booking fee of $99 is complete, you will automatically be set up on a payment plan. Payments are due every two weeks with a minimum increment of $99.

All balances must be paid in full one day prior to your session date. If you are not able to make the final payment one day prior to your session date, we will still do the session, however, no images will be edited or released until final payment is made. 

The first step to booking your session is simple—just reach out! Submit the contact form, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Once we connect, I’ll send you a questionnaire to gather all the important details about your session. After reviewing your responses, we’ll schedule a consultation to dial in the details.

Following the consultation, I’ll send you a personalized booking link via text. This link will include all the session details, and you’ll secure your date with a $99 non-refundable booking fee, payable online via credit card within 48 hours. It’s a seamless process designed to make booking easy and stress-free!

I don't place a time on my sessions. I schedule the session within a 2-hour window before sunset. 

In a storytelling family session, my focus isn’t on stiff, traditional poses—it’s about creating an environment where your family can relax, connect, and let moments unfold naturally. My approach to posing is more about gentle guidance than strict direction, ensuring your interactions feel genuine and effortless.

Here’s how I do it:

• Starting with Simplicity: I begin with a simple setup, like having the family sit or stand close together. This creates a natural starting point and allows everyone to ease into the session. Think of this as the warm-up pose to get everyone comfortable.

• Prompting Connection: Instead of rigid poses, I guide you with prompts designed to spark interaction and connection. I might ask you to hold hands and walk together, share a joke, or have a tickle fight with your kids. These prompts create movement and emotion, allowing me to capture authentic, heartfelt moments.

• Encouraging Playfulness: For families with little ones, I often incorporate playful activities—like having parents toss a blanket in the air while kids run underneath or playing a game of tag. These moments are full of energy and laughter, and they help capture your family’s unique dynamic.

• Highlighting the In-Between Moments: While you’re engaged with each other, I’m watching closely for those unscripted moments—the way your child reaches for your hand, the way you look at your partner, or the belly laughs that happen when no one’s paying attention to the camera. These are the moments that truly tell your story.

• Focusing on Emotion: I’ll encourage quiet, intimate moments too, like a parent snuggling their child, brushing hair away from their face, or sharing a tender hug. These moments bring out the love and connection that make your family’s story so special.

• Letting Chaos Be Beautiful: If things get a little chaotic (which they often do with kids!), I embrace it. The beauty of storytelling photography lies in its imperfection—the giggles, the mess, and the wild energy that make your family who you are.

Every session is unique, just like your family, and my goal is to guide you in a way that feels natural, fun, and meaningful. By the end of the session, you’ll have a collection of images that reflect your connection, love, and the beautiful chaos of family life.

On-Location Sessions: Are scheduled 2 hours before sunset, typically.

To ensure availability, it's best to book at least a month in advance. But don't hesitate to reach out for last-minute bookings—I'll do my best to accommodate you!

I personally hand-select and edit the best images from your session to deliver a heartfelt, complete story of your day—saving you time while creating a collection you’ll treasure forever.

A proof gallery of the remaining unedited images will be sent after you receive your completed gallery of edited images, about 3-4 weeks after your session, giving you the option to purchase additional images of your story. Custom designed books are available to add to any session.

High resolution images are perfect for displaying your images online and printing images up to 11x16 inches in size. Printing larger images above 11x16 in size, are only available to print through our high-quality professional lab.

I am a full-service photographer, which means you can order prints and photos gifts through me, but you don't have to. If printing elsewhere, I suggest using a real photo printing company like Mpix verses a supermarket/drug store. The advantage to printing through me - aside from lifetime guarantee, accurate colors, contrast and a matte finish - Larger prints, custom designed books, cards and other gift products are available when you print your images with me.
